Our Refund Commitment

For all Indian Donors

Donations made to JK Hope & Health Foundation (JKHHF) are typically non-refundable. We consider contributions as final, given that funds are directed almost immediately to support urgent medical care for children in need.

The JK Hope & Health Foundation (JKHHF) offers a refund policy to the donors only in case there has been an error / technical reason for the transfer due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or donated extra amount – through online donation using the online Payment Gateway service provider.

  1. Technical or Processing Errors: If a duplicate transaction or an incorrect donation amount was processed due to a technical fault.
  2. Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the authorized consent of the cardholder.
How to Request a Refund

If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund under the above criteria, you must contact us within 15 days of the transaction date.

To initiate a request, please email us at donation@ jkhhf.com from the email address used for the donation and include the following information:

Donor’s full name
Date of the donation
Donation amount
Transaction ID or receipt number
Clear reason for the refund request

Refund Process
  • All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and we may contact you for further clarification.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the donation. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • A processing fee of 3% of the total donation will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the transaction charges that the payment gateway service provider has charged while making donation.
  • However, the time taken for the refund to reflect in the donor’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway or the donor’s financial institution.
  • The JK Hope & Health Foundation (JKHHF) will provide updates and support throughout the refund process.
  • We will notify you via email or call once the refund has been processed.

Tax Receipts: If you have received a tax receipt for your donation and a refund is subsequently issued, the receipt becomes invalid and must not be used for tax purposes.

Changes to the Refund Policy
  • JK Hope & Health Foundation reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time.
  • Any changes to the policy will take effect immediately upon publication on the foundation’s official website.
