4 year old baby girl Soliha (name changed), was suffering from a ventricular septal defect with indirect gerbode. The family struggled a lot to get her treatment done which was getting difficult every passing day.
Meanwhile One of the cardiologist physicians sent this baby to us .
Our medical board assessed the case and recommended device closure without open heart surgery as an option. Surgery was recommended only if the device closure fails.
Our bright local team of Peds Cardiologists on ground achieved the closure of the defect with a device without an open heart surgery. The procedure was covered under Ayushman scheme for which we are thankful to the establishment.
She’s doing absolutely fine and has been discharged.
May Almighty give her and all other children happy, healthy and fruitful lives.
