JKHHF was started by a  group of doctors from within and outside India who were  thoughtful of the wide gap that persists in delivering top level healthcare services to the most underprivileged in our country. Subsequently many non-doctors joined the cause, as it needed support and efforts from every section of our society. We at JKHHF belong to various professions , like Senior Consultants in the medical field, Engineers with IT background, well qualified Social workers and trained paramedical staff performing coordination of day to day work. Every member of the foundation is working towards providing best healthcare delivery to the most underprivileged of the society  by following a common agreed upon , highly organised process that is giving wonderful results. The team is well coordinated that follows a proper chain of command but each member of the team is given a space to grow and has all rights to speak up for any possible improvement that helps us to attain our goal.
